backpacking is AWeSOME... putting it lightly.
26 miles, so little food, soaking wet tents, and one HELL of a trail (not to mention the HELLgromite that bit me)
the views were breaktaking, and so were the climbs, even the downhills got me winded cuz they were so long.
this is the reason why i didnt go to craigville. i was running around in the woods with forty pounds on my pack seeing things that normal people would never see: 4 inch long milipedes, tons of snakes (2 copper heads, a bunch of garder snakes and a wicked bick brown sumtin or other that i stepped over), huge ass helgromites, and lady slippers.
when im the woods, theres no stress, no drama, just a buch of friends walking; just us and stunning views, and amazing wildlife, and simple fun.
i never knew that there was so much of nothing in connecticut... but its beautiful nothing, and in a couple days ill have the pics to prove it
