Oh, dear, I love the way you've taken what was a wonderfully grim story and made it hysterically funny. Poor, poor Donna. (And I have to admit that I can't wait to see the Doctor's reaction when we get to that stage of things.) Brilliant!

Thank you! I like to play a game with my friends called "If you were guaranteed true love would you..." and one of the ones I always ask is "live 200 years ago." I'm a horrible person -- I choose comfort, electricity and whirlpool tubs over true love any day.

Oh, I absolutely adore swapping for Donna in Series 3 (like you, nothing totally against Martha, but come on, it's Donna we're talking about here) and this...this is freaking fantastic! It's hard to keep a grin off my face with something like this ;) Looking forward for the next part :)

LOL! I thought of having the TARDIS give Donna a head's up, but that wouldn't have been half as fun. Don't worry, there will be a lot more introspective soul-searching in the later chapters. We'll have to see how strong Donna's will is (whereas I would have had him flat on his back before he even finished the word "wife".)

Of course it wouldn't be as much fun for us, but I kinda wonder why the Old Girl didn't warn her. Like I said, maybe she likes tormenting people into getting to where she feels they should be. You're right; Donna might just deserve a sainthood for not at least slapping him over that...

LOL is all I can do right now! I did not see her starting to get into it, to be honest but BAM!, curveball! Oh i am so liking this right here. Can't wait for more...and how this will switch things up, if at all although I hardly imagine things being the same after this, on the T.A.R.D.I.S.....can't wait!!
