I think the obvious choices for this post is a wedding photo since you know, it was the Important Event of My Summer. I love this one that my stepmother took. It's not a pro, and it's not even just of Matt and I, but the two of us would have never gotten through the few days leading up to and including our wedding with a sense of humor and calm without our Maid of Honor and Officiant. Christa and Nick were our total saviors.
Case in point: 10 minutes before the ceremony started, my mom came upstairs where we were having "first look" photos taken to tell us that a TREE fell on the Jeep. After scaring us to death, we find out through Q and A that it was a tree branch and there was no damage done. WHO psychs out the bride and groom like that minutes before their ceremony?! My mother apparently. But I digress. Nick and Christa showed up at our suite door a few minutes later with our favorite drinks in hand to take the edge off before we started the rest of the wedding day craziness. They anticipated our needs for us and spent the rest of the evening being just as awesome.
