Soooo.... we were the 17th seed, even though we still went 4-2 at the tournament. DANG. Sooo close to breaking.
Brooks spoke with our last judge later, and I was again marked as being "rude" in round. She said I overspoke during Frank's speech... But I think she us mixed up with the other team... the other girl interrupted her partner 15 times in a speech, and he interrupted her back when she spoke. The judge voted for us, but I was VERY nice in that round. Mixup?
I've scheduled that "niceness" sessions with Joff for next week. The coaches have poo-pooed me in the past when I've asked for them. Frank has noticed an improvement though. I don't start my rebuttals off angry now.
