...in order to be healthy weight. After my random-and unexpected-loss of 15 pounds from Winter Break to Spring Break, I am underweight by most definitions. A healthy weight for my height is anywhere from 107-141. At 100, I need to gain. I'm sure I must have gained a pound or two (thankfully), so gaining 5 pounds is my goal. =]
No more Hip Hop Cardio because it'll just make me lose more weight. So I'll stick with the non-cardio, super easy Bellydancing class instead. Also, no cycling on T/R. So....thats cutting down from from 4 classes to 1 class a week.
Wow...how 'unhealthy' do I have to get to a gain healthy weight?
But I don't get it...I'm always hungry and eating. I'm drinking Slimfast on top of full meals, trying to gain this weight back. (Slimfast was originally designed to be drunk with a regular meal to help people GAIN, not lose, weight. On its own it'll make you lose, but with other food, you'll gain. Hence, I drink and eat.) Yet, I'm still hungry every hour or two.
For example, I ate two dinners tonight within two hours of each other. And.....its been two hours since my last dinner, and I'm hungry again. I don't get how I can be so hungry, and eat so much, sit like a bump on a log for most of the day, and yet not gain weight.
*****EDIT*****
I also will start taking the bus, instead of walking up the hill.
