pet peeve of the day

i HATE it when you're on an elevator and it stops at whatever floor you need to get off at, but the dumbass people waiting to get on the elevator at that floor don't think that people have to get OFF before they get ON and completely crowd the doorway and then act like I was in the way. Fuck you all. Learn some manners and consideration. Hardly anyone is considerate these days. Everyone is out for themselves. I would take the stairs if my lab weren't so high up in this hospital. Its on the third floor, but there are floors inbetween floors so that actually makes it the 5th floor and i carry way too much shit with me to hike up the stairs. Also, i am somewhat claustrophobic, due to all the times i havn't been able to breathe because of my stoopid asthma.

Okay, that is my pet peeve. It is Christmas Eve and i want to be at home, not at work. Fuck federal holidays cuz they suck a big one. I don't want to get fucking lame president's day off and then get hardly anything off for Christmas. I think they need to rethink this stuff.

I'm sad cuz this is the first Christmas my whole family won't be together. The first xmas in my 23 years that me, my sis, and bro, won't all be together. Eff his residency. However, I do belive i'm going to mooch off him come 5 years, when he starts making the big bucks. For now though, residents only make ~30,000 a year and work ~100 hrs./wk. A new law was passed that they weren't allowed to work over 80 hrs./wk, but the hospitals don't honor it. i wouldn't want a tired, worn-out resident to take care of me. Oh well, i guess it works though.

I can't wait for disney world!! I'm trying to shed some pounds before we go because if the weather is nice, i would like to swim, however me in a bathing suit is a tragedy. Too bad i picked the WORST season to do this in, but i will do my best.

Well, i hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and gets good presents. I'm stoked about the gifts i'm giving. I do believe i did a good job this year. Holla!
