this weekend has been a memorable one for sure. it puts into perspective the good fortune i've had in the kinds of people that i've met and how those relationships have blossomed into ones that have forever changed the kind of person i am for the best. i can honestly sit back and say to the memories of the weekend are a culmination of the love i've experienced with these people.
for me, things have happened unconventionally. i've seen many sides and paths that people have taken. i've experienced all types of people in different stages of their life. it just happen that the choices i made have led me to where i am today. even though i haven't shared the same measurable time with these people, i've shared meaningful time that will remain with me and reflect in me through all my experiences.
i want to thank the people i've known the longest that have helped me transition into a warm and welcoming situation. i want to thank the people that have taken me in and have grown with me for the past year and a half. and i want to thank the luck of it all. sometimes random occurrences lead to more genuine life affirming experiences
