Swine flu
Wow! The swine flu has been transmitted from animal-to-human and is spreading throughout Mexico.
I've actually been trying to follow this pretty closely and it's an issue that I feel like everyone should be informed about. I hear about potential epidemic/pandemic outbreaks all the time in all of my classes (heck, it is my major) and it might finally be happening which is very scary. Also, in case you didn't know, there has been six cases of it found in San Diego already. I highly recommend that you look it up anywhere on any major news site and keep following the news to stay informed.
