Robbed :(
For anyone who has not heard yet. I was robbed. On Monday afternoon my cell phone was stolen out of my bookbag on the bus and things have sucked since then. I had to pay $200 for the loaned cell phone I lost that I cant return.
I have gotten a new one, but so far it doesnt work yet which sucks entirely. I am starting to really fucking frustrated. I never realized the implications of not having a cell phone. I am totally isolated...I never know what anyone is doing, I just have to show up places and hope I get lucky. My host mom has been nice enough to let Dan call the house the other night to talk but this still sucks.
My mom is trying to get me my job back for winter break but it looks like the my boss is on vacation, and they might not need me anyway. That sucks..I really liked that job and need the money.
In other news, Kate, Catherine and I are going to Berlin on Nov 17th for our final big trip before we leave Italy. I am glad to go somewhere else in Europe again before I get outta here.
I did well on my biology test we took last week..I got a 90%. This is the last time I am going to mention my performance so I dont jinx myself next time. I am just finally really happy that some hard work paid off for once.
This weekend I have to go to Rome again with Ursinus people which should be interesting I hope. I feel like I am doing everything twice but maybe I will learn something new...who knows? Ciao bitches.
