I keep stopping? I wasn't meaning to. Maybe the funny box did that. I'm not quite sure how to do everything with it yet.

Huh... Well, since I'm a mage, I've got this spell? It's called time stop, but it stops time for like half a minute. Was I stopping that long?

And I mean... if there are any other mages like me, I don't think they can do magic if I can't. Least I hope not.

No... I just got here a few days ago, but someone told me about the chip. I don't like that... something similar happened to me before, and it was very, very bad.

If it is, I should find them. Using that kind of magic so haphazardly is very dangerous!

I don't think the chips have any bad effects. They just suppress your powers.

And yeah... They probably can't control it. That's what happens straight after you have your chip out, which is why we're building a safe place for people to go when that happens. To stop this kind of thing from going on.

Well, that's kinda bad. All I've got is my bow, and it makes its own arrows, so I don't have to worry about that.
