First full day at home
So today (Saturday) was my first full day being home and Eric-less. Somehow, I still feel like I will be going back to Irvine in a couple of weeks even though I see all my stuff lying next to me on the floor waiting to be organized and unpacked :X. Yeah, that's never going to happen. Being at home doesnt feel permanent! Well, I guess it's not since I'll be leaving again mid-September. I think everything's just passing too fast for me to comprehend. I'm not good with this growing up and living life crap :(.
I woke up at around 10 and rolled around till about 11 when Eric called cuz I told him I would wake up at 11 and he said he would wake up to call me :). Although the conversation only lasted about a minute before he went back to sleep, it was a good start for a day! So I got up, lulled around, called my cousin whom I have missed, and then changed to go out for lunch. Ate pho with my mommy and Anne, who's this girl from Thailand that's working for my daddy and staying at our house. After pho, we went to dd's discount where I bought nothing and headed over to Old Navy so I could get new flipflops. My cat, for some ODD reason, likes to chew on foamy like things, like my old navy flipflops, and very unfortunately ruined my green pair >:[. Old Navy changed their style of flipflops and I dont really approve! Plus, they dont even have the same shade of green anymore. What is this?! I have so much green clothing ;__;. I found these pair on the men's side that are the old/better style and it has pretty colors on it so I bought those. It was slightly damaged cuz there was paint on the straps and the guy discounted it for me :). Score. Then I got tapex which wasnt as good as Cha >_>. Then we went home and my mom gave my cats a haircut haha. I gave them both showers, washed the tub, and showered myself. Then Carolyn called and said to go buy father's day present with her so I got to see her today :). We went to NewPark and it was awesome cuz I missed her so much. SHE GOT THE MOST AMAZING HAIRCUT EVER! After some minor shopping, we watched The Office at my house while eating some light snacks. Then she left and I was sad. The End!
I guess I had a pretty good day. It was the first day in the past month that I didnt see Eric :(. Friday night was the first night I went to sleep without a goodnight kiss and tonight will be the second. It's ok, I'm holding up, sort of. There were several phone calls throughout the day and I discovered that Eric's voice is amazingly cute over the phone 8D. He may also be less fobby but we'll have to see on that one. Gosh, I miss him.
Good thing I have a date with Eric tomorrow <3.
