Moment of Silence for our fallen heros...

Sep 11, 2011 02:48

On this, the 10-year anniversary of that terrible tragedy in NY, PA and DC...

Please take a moment of silence for our fallen firemen, ems, police and all of the civilians that lost their lives on that fateful Tuesday morning, 10 years ago today.

This all started at 8:46am with American flight 11 crashing into the North Tower and the rest is history.

As someone in EMS, this day saddens me as it is a grim reminder that you may NOT always come home safely to your loved ones.

If you see a Police Officer, Fire Fighter, First Responder, EMT or Paramedic, take a moment and simply tell them "Thanks" fr all that they do. It means alt.

*hugs all* Everyone be safe on this 10-year anniversary of that tragedy that made a lot of people more patriotic but... it shouldn't take something like this to do that.

Please take a moment of silence at 8:46am (First Tower), 9:03am (2nd Tower), 9:37am (Pentagon) and at 10:03am (Pennsylvania) for all of the people that didn't get to go home to their families.

This is going to be one of my FEW unlocked posts. *hugs everyone tight*
