Further Update
So Dan didn't get Nick last week, because he didn't want to deal with his nose. He didn't get him this week (first because he was sick then when Nick was well enough before the weekend started, he didn't have gas money). And now he has informed me that he's not getting him this weekend because he has a poker game. ...Oh but he's a perfect father figure. And to top off the night I found out that he apparently has been telling Billy and Celeste that I'm the reason they aren't getting Nick. This is pulled from Celeste's livejournal:
Hey sorry guys i haven't had the time to get on here i have been babysitting all the time well my dad and heather split up and my dad is with sandy!! YAY!! well she has a baby girl she is so cute her name is Cameron Rose Sult when her last name is Gautheraux i no its a weird last name its pernounced Guthro its really weird but....my baby brother Nicholas had to get stitches on the bridge of his nose poor guy he was with heather and she wasn't paying attention and he fell and hit is nose on a corner of a jewelery stand and its horrible we get him like everyweekend but heathers being a dummyhead and won't give him to us cause apparently he has a rash and she doesn't want us to get it but idk idc cause i want to see my baby brother. we moved to Bloomsburg, pa from Ernest pa about 200 miles away OMG it was a far move.............so...........billy is moving back and im not allowed cause im my dads little girl i guess but im mad at billy cause he gets to see his old friends and gets to go back to marion center and i have to be stuck here with ppl who hate my freaking guts so....o yeah i almost got inot a fight on monday OMG but my dad wouldn't let me get into a fight because we couldn't afford any fines right now so......she also appoligized but i didn't accept it becasue she said something about my mom i am like go cry to ur mom if i beat you in the fight on monday shes like haha i get and you don't cause you don't have a mom anymore or something like that so i was like its on shes like ok and she never showed up shes a wossy so.....o well, i have to go do my homework! since when do we have homework on weekends??!!??!!??! idk but bye Love Always, ~*~Celeste Marie~*~
And then he told me to stay the fuck out of Celeste and Billy's lives. I am so sick of it. He's so immature and yet he's 35. I swear I'd rather see him rot in jail for even a day or two than see the 900 he owes me in back child support. Ha ha, maybe he'll rot in jail and still have to pay 900. I know he's not going to get out the 900 regardless. I'm setting up an appointment with Centre County Assistance, I know they we'll make him pay quicker than domestic is. The more they make him pay the less they have to help me, so you can bet they will do their damnest to get every cent out of him they can.
