there are times when we don't feel as if we are in control of our own lives. we attempt to make a sanctuary in the back of our mind of a time when we didn't have things to worry about, we were too young and we didn't care, and the world didn't rely on us for it's perverse pleasure. now if we fall too deeply into our sanctuary and forget about our present being, our actions can go unnoticed by our own consciousness leading us to destroy the future of another. in doing so we may even destroy the future that's our own. but now, there is now way to know for sure...

distant, insignificant, and out of reach
time now tells us how they want you to drown
forget your own ideals
