It hurts!
I think I hurt myself coughing... I've never had such bad neck pain. Another reasons allergies absolutely suck! I was coughing cause my sinuses have been draining down the back of my throat, which irritates my throat. Thursday I was also really sick from them since, not only do they go down my throat, but into my stomach as well. There just happened to be so much drainage that day that my stomach was really unhappy about it all too.
I need to get the tags on my car renewed, I keep forgetting, and I keep putting it off. I really don't want to spend the money. Also found out why my check engine light keeps coming on, evidently my transmission is going bad. I've felt it slip a few times, but it still doesn't happen every time, so hopefully it has awhile to live. This prollay means no long drives for me for awhile though :(. At least I do actually have the money to replace it (but its all the money I have), and considering my husband's best friend is a mechanic, has his own shop and everything, i'll be able to get a good deal on a new one. Unfortunately since its a 4-person job, i'll actually have to pay him labor (he's never charged me labor before for anything).
My love's life has been hell lately, so I haven't been able to see him. I really miss him. Hopefully soon he will be able to make it up though. On another good note, his schedule is changing, so it'll probably work out better for us, since the one full day he would have up here, is the one day that I never ever work.
Speaking of work, I've been getting more hours lately (yay!), and I should be getting a raise in about 2 months. It is going well enough I suppose. I think i'm going to have to remind them of the hours I'm available though. It's been really wearing me out lately (of course i've been battling allergies too), but still, the more hours the better. Theres been a lot of the workplace politics going on, grumpy people, etc. I've also managed to get 2 mondays off in a row... I ALWAYS work mondays, so its kind of nice, but i've also been working saturdays too, which I hate doing, but it usually ends up longer then my usual shift. I really don't mind being on register too much when their isn't an actual cashier there.
Hopefully i'm not hurting so bad tomorrow. Unfortunately painkillers do nothing for me either.
