Update-worthy weekend . . .
So I never write in here, but these wknd. was so productive that I felt I needed to now. (sorry I'm not cutting this, I'm too lazy to remember how)
Friday--Get off work early (!), call amanda: when I get "do you KNOW what we're going to do tonight?" instead of "hello" I know there's a good night ahead. After much chaching around, me, amanda, loretta, & bill went up to friday's so Amanda could "attorney" her way w/ kelly's boss & get her off of work. Unsuccessful. anyways, they enjoyed some drinks, I enjoyed some food, we all enjoyed cute boys. Then Amanda & I headed over to Katie's for her lil anniversary party. That was strange seeing ppl we hadn't seen in a long ass time. eeek left there when kelly got off work finally. Insert more chaching around. "Why is Amanda driving?" . . . "Why are you driving amanda's car?" Finallly decided on going back to Amanda's to drink as usual. Jay & greek John & Loretta & bill again joined us. Extreme laughage. Jay's "munchies" & taco bell trip. Some weird drinking game (although I actually liked it b/c it was realllly easy!). Massages from John. Pass-outtage.
Saturday--Woke up & got a nice massage from no-longer-sick-jay. Amanda made me pancakes (including a Mickey Mouse one, which we froze & dubbed our "party mascot!"). Philliam came over. We went & layed out for a bit & went swimming. funny amusing times there. "Well she's spastic & is always laughing, and you make really weird faces." After more chaching around, I finally went home, got my shit together, & went to stay w/ my grandma. I actually cooked dinner for her this time, but after a delay due to nappage, she decided she wasn't even hungry. gah. Then we played our usual spite & malice, but it took her 3 tries to beat me. yayness. ; )
Sunday--Used grandma as my excuse to not go to church. oops. Then went home, showered, & headed off to the Toomey house for Erin & Dan's wedding shower. Good times with all the ladies. I won 3 fun prizes! whoo hoo. Then went home to change again, then it was off to Sadie's w/ amanda & evan williams in hand. This was a fabulous evening, let me tell you. Sadie's family was wasted, sadie was wasted, everyone was wasted. Especially by the end of the night. It was funny. Ate lots of good food. Got to cuddle with Seth for the fireworks (which were pretty cool by the way, they spent a lot of $$$) Then eventually Sadie, Missina, Nikia, Amanda & I got naked & swim-suited up & went into the hot tub. yay I love hot tubs. Then someone cooked up more hot dogs for us, so we got out & ate. The boys decided to join us then in the hot tub. Good times with Seth there ; ) the regular pool 10 ft. away was very convenient for cooling off! So then we finally got dressed & went home. "Thanks for driving me home amanda & for not yelling at me & being nice to me." hehehe
Monday--Was at Amanda's by 10 am (err, 10:07! eheh), then we headed off w/ loretta & bill & eventually jay to stoney. It was a good productive 3 or 4 hours . . . a short walk, multiple games of volleyball w/ the hot boys, swimming, laying out. got a nice splotchy burn, but it all turned tan today! yay. Then we headed up to B-dubs for yumminess & our usual restaurant klepto-ness. I then took my stinky sandy self to my grandma's again for a bBq w/ the fam. Left fairly early though cause I had to get up & babysit @ 630 this morning. until like 545. & this whole week. gah. I really should go to bed.
Alright that was really long & quite detailed. & I feel I made up a lot of words but I'm okay w/ it. I love productive weekends. I wore my bathing suit more times this wknd than I have all summer. Spent 4 days straight w/ amanda too. & we didn't come close to killing each other : ) hehehe Sad that my kelly worked all damn wknd. boo.
Okay. paul brought home free deep dish from little caesar's & I feel I should go eat some. lator gators. love you all ; )
