Last night I went to the concert with some awesome people. Katie, Stacey and Andrew(my fellow intern at Grace). It was so incredible as usual but I think this may have been the best. I am so amazed by them and how they just keep getting better. If you haven't heard their new stuff you are missing out.... Its sooo great!!!!!!!!!!
I picked Katie up and we got to Weston area where Andrew is living around 4:00 but it turns out I got off at the wrong exit. An exit too early and I tried to call him 3 times but he said he had his phone off for a few min cleaning his phone. So we finally got there at around 4:45 and left for Stacey's house in Foxboro. We got there at around 5:15 and headed to the 99 where we spent the next hour chatting and munching. It was so great how well we all clicked. Its always hard to know if people will get along and feel comfortable with others. But if your friends with me you have to expect that you will meet new people because I'm always bringing random people together. :) I'm a people person what can I say.
So 6:45 we realized oh wow we should go get a parking space. Well it was alittle late (the doors opened at 7) so we got parked in the very last parking lot. I knew what we were in for but I don't believe everyone else did at the beginning. After the show they found out. :)
The show though was soooo great. He played 4 new songs i think. And the rest were great old ones also. ALL around us there were people smoking though so that sucked. I didnt want to feel the effects but I did. It made me tired.
Their new stuff is just so great! 2 Tickets were in sec 4 row L seat 20 and those were great! really close and to the right side of the stage. The other two were in Sect 11 on the bleachers and they were right dab in the middle so that we even a great view as well. Me and Katie took the good ones first and then we switched half way through and then at the end i went back up to the goodones and Stacey went with Katie. It was soo fun. I was exausted when i got home though. 3rd night in a row that I was out late. I should be asleep now and I will be after this. I just had to share my experience.
When it was over we walked back to the parking lot and were not moving for along time. So we started talking to the car next to us and we ended up first throwing a football around and then played ultimate frisbee with this random group of people. It was so random but so fun. Finally around 12 we started moving and we were off.
Ok well that was my night last night.
