(no subject)

day 2 of diet and I am soooooo hungry. I'm such a wimp when it comes to hunger pains too. I did taste less during work today. But I also didn't make any cheese platters which are my weakness. The end of the day is the worst part because I try to snack during work so my blood sugar doesn't bottom out during that time. I'd be pretty useless if it did. But I end up using most my calories up.  So I come home hungry to the smells of my parents cooking, and I can only have a small snack. I'm hoping either I'll become more accustomed to the feeling of hunger or my body will adjust somehow.
