I'm thinking like you're thinking about the possible leak. I don't trust it to be a real leak, but if it is...I'm going to be really disappointed that someone managed to get it out. They invested a great deal of money in keeping it secure, too.

Same on the chance that it's fake. That would be an interesting read.

Well, I now have access to two conflicting versions... which means that at the very worst, one's right, but that still leaves one as a lovely fake! Woo!

It's got to be fake because the explanation was that the person got it from the library. However, no fucking way would they ship it out to libraries so early because then it'd be way too easy for people to read it, and I mean, for a book where they're hiring a whole security team and guard dogs to watch over the shipments, they wouldn't just give a book to a library. That's just ridiculous.

Also, the last pages sucked. I read it and was like wtfshit this is terrible, this isn't even like JK Rowling's style. So unless she and the publishers were on crack, no wayyyyyy could it be real.

...But then again, she's probably rich enough to be on crack.
IDK, it's just not logical. I highly doubt that it's real. It just doesn't make sense.

No idea about the library, but as for the sucky chapter... Apparently, JKR wrote the very last chapter/epilogue years ago as a "goal" to work towards... maybe it sucked because it's old?????

HAHAHA everyone in our program was reading it during lecture yesterday. i refuse to, until I get the real ting. seriously I think I'm going to be severely disappointed in the book. but you know, maybe that's just me being cynical. [what's new -_-]

and why is it that it takes you months to post an entry, honestly, ellen, be kind and share your fascinating life with us ;p
