It looks like this is the one. I don't see any pictures of the back of the coat, but the ones that are on sale right now have a three-tiered ruffle in the back which looks like a bustle. It is adorable.

I have not purchased this coat because I don't have $325 to spend on a coat at this time. Additionally, I did not feel that it made me look $325-worth of hot. I was thinking that it would look much better on a considerably taller person -- like you. I hope that you are rocking this coat all over the Bay Area.

I also have a little black coat and capri pants that have a similar style minus the ruffle, from the same season. sadly, I'm now to fat to wear them. :( It was quite a while ago though.

I've never seen this retro fit place, is it used clothing?
Was there also perhaps the matching green velvet pencil skirt? ?!!

Here's me in mine at the festival of sail a couple years ago. And then the gangplank broke and I was faced with climbing down a ladder to a little dingy to be taken ashore in my couture! Fortunately there were no mishaps at sea.

Retro Fit is a relatively new store on Valencia. They sell vintage and costuming supplies. Right now they have an entire rack of clothing from L.A.M.B. (yes, a rack of LAMB) that they are selling on consignment for the former owner of some shuttered boutique. There were a variety of sizes this weekend - from 0 to 10. I think that the coat runs a bit large, since the size 2 worked best on me. I recall seeing some green velvet capris, but it might have been the matching pencil skirt -- I did not pay sufficient attention. There were also some blue velvet jackets that looked like shorter versions of the green coat.
