My two favourite verses. Or 2 of my favourite verses out of the many I like!
Hebrews 10:23
" Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep His promise"
&
Hebrews 6:19
"This hope is a strong and trustworthy anchor for our souls."
Just some random commentary by yours truly. I like the picture of how this hope is an anchor. So no matter how much we are sinking (or feel that we are), it's good to know the anchor is always there to hold you or to quote wikipeida 'prevent you from drifting due to wind or current".
Love the imagery / symbolism in the Bible. Literature totally came from it, HAHA.
