(no subject)
So wow, a post!! It's been a while, but there has been a LOT going on.
Where to start...
Seth and Aaron have moved up here, we were living at Fireside Manor for a while, but that was only for a few weeks, and now we are in a great new apartment called Portico. We really love it here, it's a really great place. We are planning a housewarming party sometime in the near future, I will definately let all of you know when it is, you are all invited. :)
Having Seth here is so great, I can't put it into words. Knowing that I get to come home to him every night after work (and I have been working a lot), is just so nice. It gives me something to look forward to at the end of the day. I love you Seth!!!
As most of you know, when I moved up here, I got a job at The Crypt, which is a porn/leather store right off of Broadway on Capitol Hill. I got promoted to Assistant Manager, which was great, but the money wasn't all that great. I have been REALLY looking hard for a new job, applying for literally hundreds of jobs on Craigs List, Monster, Volt, ect., but not having any luck. A few weeks back I got a call from a temp agency called Parker, informing me that my resume matched for a job opening that they had. I called them back, got the details and applied. After 2 interviews, and a dozen sheets of paperwork and tests, I got a job. I am now a Tier 2 Wireless Support Technician for WDS (Wireless Data Services) contracted through Verizon Wireless. What this means is that when someone has a broken phone and they call Verizon Customer Care for a fix, and the rep there (Tier 1) can't fix it, they send it to me, because I can. It's a really great job. What's even better is I have a contact at Microsoft, and he is prepared to offer me a job after a little while at WDS. It's really awesome. I'm looking forward to it.
So let's see, I'm in Seattle, I'm working 2 jobs right now (The Crypt until the end of July so they have enough time to hire a replacement for me, that equals about 16 hour days most days), my boys (Seth and Aaron) are here, and life is so amazing. I couldn't wish for anything better (except maybe a stress free commute and my own personal water slide, but hey, no one gets it all!).
Tomorrow is our good friend Gale's birthday (owner of a body jewerly design studio) and we are going to celebrate at a friend's house on Lake Washington, which should be AWESOME. Sunday, Seth, Aaron, and I are going to see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, which I am SOOOO excited to see. Tomorrow is also
Linday's birthday!! I am going to call her and see if after her festivities she wants to stop over and say hello to Jerry and the gang on her most special day!!
There are a number of you that I owe a phone call too, mainly

Neighbor, I promise to call you soon, it's just been a little crazy working 16 hour days (and Seth wonders why I am so tired when I get home... LOL).
