Need some help from my artist friends...

Can anyone give me some advice on airbrush sets/compressors? I am buying a gift for Phil for Xmas & want to make sure that I am buying a good brand etc. His was recently stolen & I want to replace it but I have never worked with airbrushing so I am lost.

Any help/advice would mean a lot. Thanks.
