one week before Spring Semester 2010

I can't believe it is almost time for the new semester. I also can't believe that we are looking at apartments already. We have found one place that my be a good place for us. There is a couple living there already and they have roommates who are moving out soon and they need someone to take the other 2 rooms. Their rooms are on the second floor of the apartment and the two that we are looking at are 2 first floor rooms right next to each other. DJ e-mailed them last night asking a couple questions, and we got a response this morning which seemed really good. The e-mail said that they would be perfectly ok with having a couple who are expecting which is great. They let us know they do have a dog so I'm guessing it is a house they are currently renting the best part it is pretty much directly across the street from Hannaford which will help a lot when it comes to working and stuff. She works at the one on Forest ave but DJ and I are both going to eventually be back at the Gorham one. He has started working this week and last week he had a couple shifts he picked up last week covering for someone else so we don't have to go a week without a paycheck like we were going to. But yeah the couple is ok with the fact that there will be a little one around come mid summer their rooms are upstairs and ours will be downstairs. Shared Kitchen, living area and stuff like that but it is the cheapest thing we have been able to find so far. 636 per month for both rooms plus the utilities and gas bill. I kind of wonder how much they have stuff on because of how high they were claiming the bills to be. DJ is worried about making the rent every month especially while we are still in school because I will have a bill every month. If he is worried about that it makes me worry about any other 2 bedroom we might look into because most in this area are at least 850 a month with h/hw included but a lot of those also have section 8 and are in portland which helps when it comes to school to a point. I'm not sure what will go over better yet. We have to see how much we can have put away and stuff before march comes around to a point. This place with the other couple is a move in date of the 1st of march. It doesn't help that we might be going to Georgia for Christmas over march break and I"m thinking that may not happen anyway and his mom may have to try to make a trip to Maine over the summer because i'm not going anywhere long distance once school is out.

Thrusday we are possibly going to see Avatar in the IMAX theatre in Saco with a friend of DJ's from High School. He at least is going I want to see how his check looks first before i decide if i'm going to go because the imax is more expensive.
