In Creston, making the rounds of "let's see how many places in BC I can visit in 7 days?" Oakanagan last weekend. Nelson tomorrow. then Ainsworth, then back to Victoria on Thursday.
I really really really don't fucking want to be here for a month before I leave for South America. I already made Andrew mad at me today by telling him that (although there was some secret satisfaction in it as well). But it makes no sense to pay two months of rent while working an $8 an hour job in Vic. So, here. I've decided I can spend all my free time doing reading for my thesis, since I need to anyway and am not going to do it in Guyana. I have a serious date with Virgina Woolf, Jeanette Winterson, and all those heavy theory readers I hate carrying around.
