I'd love Callum Blue. This guy seriously kicked ass in Dead Like Me. David Anders would be cool as well. And Jamie Bell, because he was cool in Jumper. OOOHHH, or Jason Issacs (give the man a break from playing villians all the time!)

As for a woman Dr. Who, I would love Natalie Dormer.
