Dear Festividder,
First of all, thank you so much for making a vid for me! I'm really excited and I know I will love it :)
If you already have an idea then by all means go with it! I'd love for you to have fun making the vid!!! I love feel-good vids, character vids, ensemble vids, meta vids, slashy/shippy vids, crack vids, ... I like many different kinds of music, there are many vids to songs that are usually not my thing but because of the vids I've grown to love said songs.
If you'd like some pointers or are interested in what I like about the shows and movies I requested here are some notes.
A-Team: I'll always have a soft spot for this show. I watched this back in kindergarten and have rewatched it many times. I love the team, I adore them all! I think their interaction is what makes the show still so watchable and fun. An ensemble vid would be great, but a character vid would work as well.
Deadwood: My favorite character is Al Swearengen. That said I love everything about this show.
Touching Evil (US): For me this show has such a bittersweet sense of hopelessness about it. I love how Creegan feels responsible for everybody, I love how Branca just isn't sure what to make of him for quite some time and I love the relationship between Creegan and Cyril.
Lethal Weapon movies: I love the buddy cop genre and the Lethal Weapon movies are some of my favorites. Love the action and the epic bromance.
Top Gun: Top Gun really fascinates me. I cannot for the life of me figure out how it was intended and I'm really curious to see a vid that features this strange, strange movie :)
Young Guns: I LOVE THIS SO MUCH! It's a western! It has Charlie Sheen, Kiefer Sutherland, Emilio Esteves and Lou Diamond Phillips in it! The soundtrack is 80's rock! I guess what I'm trying to say is: It's a western with an 80's rock soundtrack!
The Salton Sea: Really just anything! This movie is beautiful and I'm sure every vid featuring it will be as well.
