Thor adorableness and other fandom things
First of all: This picture is giving me so many feelings!! So adorable!
Some things I watched:
Blood Drive
OMG, it's like this show was made for me!! :D I love it so so much!! I haven't watched it all yet, but man, it's really something. A dystopian furture in the 1990s where an evil corporation owns and exploits everything and everyone and gas is so expensive that cars running on human blood are the new thing. It's a cross country race with every episode featurng a different grindhouse horror trope, cannibals, killer robots, mutants, the evil lawman in an isolated town and so on. I'm really sad it only got one season, but then again, yay, at least one season!!
Kong Skull Island
I really enjoyed this. It's gorgeously filmed, the creatures look real and the fights are really well made and I like the 1970s feel to it. There isn't that much character development, but I don't mind, because it delivers on the creatures and the monster fights. I really hope this becomes a bigger franchise.
