I'm Getting X'd

I finally decided that the mediocur workouts arent good enough. I've gotten better about doing my workout at least twice a week most weeks I do three. But I'm just not seeing the results I really want. So, I decided to "Get X'd" as in p90x. If you havent heard of it, it's an extreme workout that you do 6 days a week for 90 days. Each day is a different muscle group, or type of training. I'm on day 3 today. There's nothing like getting motivation from people you are close to, so I'm working out with Matt and David every evening right after work. I'm grateful to both of them for agreeing to make more of a schedule out of their workouts to be able to include me instead of them doing the workout whenever, usually late at night like they were doing. Thanks guys! I'm loving this workout so far. I'm so very sore. It actually makes my job at work harder, well, cause I lift and bend and such to pack boxes for sending, and I pack stuff to the back for the receiving end of things. But I'm loving it. I'm already getting somewhere. My energy is up, my mood is better, and I'm watching every calorie, and ever gram of protein. It's great. =)

Just 88 workouts to go. =D
