I didn't have to work today and boy was it nice having a de-stress day with Z. We originally planned on the beach, which I was sooo excited for. But once we got down there it was really packed from spring breakers that parking was a bitch and looking out on the beach there looked to be no open room to lay. So we decided to go to my sister's complex and use her pool. Though it wasn't the beach, we thought it would still be nice to get that "getaway" feel. I think that it was an awesome thing that we went there instead. No people running by getting sand in our faces, no self conscious feelings about tanning without my board shorts on and taking my straps off, and the best thing was not worrying about parking. It was soo peaceful there that it actually reminded me of being on a less crowded beach day relaxation trip. I am soo red now because of it. Like wow, i hope i don't peel before the wedding, and though I thought I wouldn't have tan lines since my straps weren't on, I guess the little bit walking to the pool and being in the water for 5 minutes gave me slight lines that I need to get rid of before Friday. The wedding is so worth it though. I can't believe it is as soon as Friday, and there is still a lot left to do.
Last night was the bachelor party and all the guys met at my house before they left. It was nice to see Wes and Jeffrey L. again. Once they left we went out for dinner and then came back to my house to watch the Notebook. Wow that movie was really good, except for the fact that I needed a million tissues. I want Frank to watch it with me but I doubt he would agree to it. It was a fun night though. I didn't get to bed until about 3 since Wes stayed a bit and talked and our movie didn't end until 1:30 ish. I wish there could be more girl nights like that just to be goofy, talk, and play with make-up. Ok so the make-up was for the wedding, but it was still fun.
Spring break is really soon, another thing I can't wait for. So much is planned for that week it isn't even funny. I think I am getting my belly button pierced along with some other changes.... can't wait!!! And going to Key West for the first time with Zrinka. I am sooooooo excited. Of course best of all going to the beach with Frank and sleeping over Danielle's condo, a few of the nights with him hopefully. It will be soo cute watching movies and cooking dinner. It will give me a feel of what it would be living without my parents and a few of the nights living with Frank.
Owwww... my chest hurts and my tummy from being sunburnt. I need aloe.
