well I'm back
I have definately been negleting my live journal duties lately but, trust me, things aren't too boring. John came up to visit on Thursday which totally surprised me because I thought he was coming next weekend. Unfortunatly, I was on duty so we were limited in our activities. It's a good thing there are 2 of us on Duty during J-term because that gave me a little break on Saturday to go to Phantom of the Opera with Marissa, Tommy and John. So I got to formally meet Tommy and Marissa got to formally meet John.
I thought Phantom was good with the exception of the already mentioned qualms about the phantom and there being too many shots of Christine looking lost. Other than that it was really good. I picked up a few things I didn't pick up from the production simply because it was easier to see what was going on in the movie.
During the brief time during the weekend that I wasn't on duty (Sunday night) John and I double dated with Marissa and Becky during the movie portion of their date. We watched Little Black Book which wasn't exactly what I thought it was going to be and not as good as I thought it was going to be but it was still cute.
John stayed until this morning. So thus ends my marathon of staying up until 2 (or later just because I couldn't sleep) and getting up at 8 plus trekking to Tingelstad a few times. I would have been down there a lot more save for the fact that I wasn't able to leave Harstad much of the time.
Class is going well except I'm WAY behind in my reading since John was here I just kinda didn't do it except for like one chapter when I was supposed to read 5. Oops!
And that's pretty much the whole of my weekend. I'm hungry...
