To Catch a Thief ...

So I survived last week after being sick as a dog so that feels like an accomplishment at this point. Pottery Barn called me to ask me to come in last Thursday, although I didn't feel great I said yes. Towards the end of the evening this group of women came downstairs and were browsing. i can't tell you exactly why but something about their behavior made me suspicious. I think because they seemed very interested in where I was at all times. So I hung out where they were since I had to do end of the night inventory to restock the shelves. There were these two girls with them and they tried to distract me with all of these questions but I still made it clear that I was watching the other women. I went to tell my co worker what was going on and I heard rustling and quickly went around to see what was happening. The were putting something in their shopping bags but saw me watching them. When I turned the other corner to follow them they were gone but they had dumped the sheet sets (179.00 each thank you very much). If they put that much effort and ingenutity into actual work they'd be big successes.

So I'm feeling better from my cold so I wacked my foot really hard on the edge of my coffee table Saturday. And then worked and stood for 7 hours. That felt good lemme tell ya. So now if I can do at least half my Holiday cards (which should have gone out last week) tonight I'll feel like I've accomplished something and am on track.
