Just thinking about what to write for the first 11 questions have taken me an hour. To me it's impossible to complete the 100 Qs without breaking them in, like, six.
I'm hoping that you didn't find my responses too short and uninteresting. :-D
You've kinda got me thinking about doing this - would probably do it in batches too - except most peeps will roll their eyes and skip since each set won't have shiny pictures like yours haha
I completely agree with #10 and #11 though #4 is something surprisingly common nowadays. HBP brought in a lot of peeps who were interested in the ship - perhaps the movie might do the same thing? There can never be too many shippers XD
I did notice that the newer shippers missed the angst fest that was post GoF and OotP fic - which is kinda a good thing lol.
I'd love to read your take on the ship. I have the same worries as you have re readership: I bet nobody would read mine if I hadn't attached a pic to it. :-)
I wish the movie could do the same, although I'm worried that they might cut a large portion of Draco's part out of the movie.
Yeah, I agree with you on the post GoF and OotP fics. Seems that HBP has changed the h/d dynamic.
I have been a long time fan of your artwork, and I always wonder how you see them to be able to visualize them that way... so thanks for sharing your thoughts and answers! I am actually aching to answer these questions myself... this will take me a whole day though, as I will definitely ramble on and on (while incessant drooling at some imagined scenes :D )
But I like you, was drawn to the way H/D looks ~ I never find the need for imagine them to be breathtakingly handsome (it is surely a plus though!); it's the black and white vs. light and dark (reserved) concept that strikes me, and those green eyes that just light up this monochromatic landscape, promising life and hope....for the silver grey, so beautiful but lost between the two sides...
And the kiss? Beautiful, and yes, the adjectives are perfect..*sighs happily*
ETA: about Blue, I never knew she has an LJ! But her writing keeps reminding me of your art; I love that story that mentions a bridge.... (sorry, forgot the name)...
*blushes* Thank you very much! I'm happy that you've been enjoying my art. I'm very interested and looking forward to reading what you have for those 100 questions.
I'm also drawn to the contrast of their outward appearance. Not to mention that they are both young, rich, and possibly handsome. Ain't I shallow? ;-)
Glad that you liked the kiss. I always find pictures to be more convenient in expressing my thought than words.
I love the bridge story too. But I love all Blue's stories. It's so sad that she's not writing H/D anymore.
*blushes* Thank you. It's talented writers like Blue that fuel our inspirations and love of the ship. Without her fics I don't even know if I'll be shipping h/d now.
HBP is what did it for me too as far as shipping H/D; before that I was just a casual HP reader.
Unintended, irrational, breathless, unstoppable... this describes their entire relationship. And beautiful art..the lavender/grey/beige color scheme is unusual but works well together.

Yeah. The subtext was so obvious that sometimes I wonder if JKR had done it deliberately.
Glad that you liked the art and the colors. I had a lot of fun coloring it with photoshop - it's so fast and easy. :-D
