Oh, very nice. I was actually drinking cider just earlier today, not mulled, but still good. :)

What you were served at Ikea was most likely Glögg, which I tend to translate as "mulled wine", even though I've no idea what mulled wine is *g*. Glögg is usually rich red wine, with maybe some vodka or rum in it, and a lot of Christmas spices: cinnamon, gloves, ginger, nutmeg, black pepper (really!), sour orange etc. Then you sprinkle some raisins and maybe some almond chips in there, stir and drink it while it's still hot. It's Christmas liquefied, it warms you up both physically and mentally ;)

And, I love your PWP!! Draco on page three in the lower left corner makes me SWOOOOON! Page 1 is very impressive, with the Big Fat Lady and teeny tiny Harry and his gigantic shadow!

I have no idea what mulled wine is either. That was probably Glögg, as you said, it smelled very sweet and spicy. I didn't sample, though, and I probably should have. I chose mulled cider for this piece because of the almost-aphrodisiac quality of the spice mixture, and that it's non-alcoholic.

I'm glad that the PWP didn't put you off too much. I enjoyed drawing The Fat Lady immensely, and I'm glad that you liked the way I pictured her. Thank you ♥

Glögg is a precursor to modern forms of mulled wine. In general, mulled wine (or cider or mead) would use brandy (if any spirits are added at all), and would add some sugar as well as the spices and fruit.

IKEA RULESXD

Well, apart from that, if you want to make a quick doujin, PWP is certainly the easiest way ( I'm doing a PWP and it's fun, indeed!!).
Art is lovely, as always ( and sorry if I don't show up much around here, I'm quite off lately).
The fat Lady also rules!XDDD
Oh, and lots of kisses and hughs and warm wishes for christmas,

Yeah Ikea definitely rules. If I ever owned a place (where I can have access to an Ikea) I would get all my furnitures there.

Yes PWP is fast and easy, as you said. I enjoyed drawing The Fat Lady a lot, and I'm glad that you liked her as well.

Oh thank you so much dear! Merry Christmas to you too! :-)

Ikea is good starter furniture, but it's definitely got a limited lifespan. You don't want to furnish your home with Ikea stuff forever.

Oh wow. You're getting really interesting with the panels here. I love how it's all the same grid, but you sometimes combine 2 squares into 1 pic. It's especially awesome on page 4, where the sense of time gets muddled and drawn out in the top. I love the hands (both the composition and the lines of how they're drawn), and the images of Harry drinking are just beautiful. The 1st page is great too: sexy fat lady! And the shadow and feet work very well to make a lonely mood.

Also: mulled cider is very easy and yummy to make. And it makes the room smell lovely.

Thank you very much! I wasn't confident at all in the way the panels are organized - it's uncommon and the flow is rather confusing - but I gave it a go and I'm glad that I did. It's a blast to draw, and I'm glad that you liked it as well. :-D

I'm quite proud of my Fat Lady depiction, and I'm satisfied with how the hands turned out. Glad that you liked them too!

Hmm... mulled cider. Tempting. I might try making it during the holidays if the spices are not too hard to find here. :-)
