To celebrate the release of Japanese HBP translation, the school library decided to dedicate a corner of it for Harry Potter books, and naturally I'm the one responsible for writing reviews, making banners, and doodling (which is always the fun part of the game).

I really love this one. It's got all the soft colours of an aquarel but the stark contrast between the dark blue and the almost white makes it very alive. As if the contrast in character between Harry and Draco is visible too. I especially love the hint of a figure in the mirror behind Draco, it's just like in the book.

And lovely paper, not too yellow and with a nice structure.

Thank you very much for commenting!!! Yeah maybe I should have drawn Harry, or at least his glasses, instead of a black blob behind Draco. But I'm so glad that you like it as is. :-)

Btw, I got your abcdarium from Yukipon. Its beauty is just beyond words. I wish I had ordered two - read one, vaccum-seal another. :-)

No, I don't think Harry should be more obvious, he looks fine just as he is, it's like everything is about to begin but we already know how it ends. A very interesting moment.

I love the way you drew Draco's sleeves. And teh colors/contrasts reflect exaclty Draco's state of mind that very moment...
