Surf's Up
We watched Surf's Up last night and we were highly entertained. Totally ok for kids of all ages.
The animation is terrific with some fascinating new camera technology where they can navigate through the animated world with the camera to create their shots. They went to a lot of trouble to make the surfing look realistic. It is really clever and well executed.
Jeff Bridges is fantastic and all the actor/voices seem to be having a ton of fun playing in this flick. There is obviously improv play going on rather than a strict script. It is modern and charming and has a lovely if predictable message.
