Movie: Happy Feet
We really enjoyed watching Happy Feet. Laughed out loud pretty frequently and found ourselves singing along a fair bit too. It is suitable for any and all ages. This is a lovely animated musical with recognizable pop music and popular actor voices but zero commercialism that I was able to identify. Penguins are cute and that is all there is to that.
It is a little slow to start out but from the time the leopard seal is introduced the movie picks up speed and energy. The leopard seal is marvelously terrifying in fact.
Mumbo reminded me so much of my 14 year old son I almost cried a few times.
