its been a while...
it has been so long since i have updated, but thats because nothing all that exciting has happened. having 1 1/2 days last week was nice, even if i did have 2 essays, a test and a quiz. the break was very relaxing. shopped wtih amit, teen court and chilled with amit (again), watched movies (oceans 11, cheaper by the dozen, mona lisa smile), six flags, bar mitzvah, work, mean girls and cosi with carrie, a ton of graduation parties, getting sick. it was some good times (minus the getting sick monday night). it just made me even more excited for summer, even though my plans for the summer got messed up. and of course, i CAN NOT wait for encampment to see my girls, even though we better all go to oc to visit gal when school's out.
this week hasn't been so bad. it was stressful at first since i missed tuesday, but once i got back it was all fine. we got the yearbooks, which look awesome. i love yearbooks, especially the messages. its so fun to look back a year later and attempt to remember all of the good times (even if half of the inside jokes no longer make sense). its sad to think that next year, when we get our yearbooks, we will have finished senior year and returned from israel. it was exciting to think in february "in a year we will be leaving for israel" but now its "in a year, we will be coming home". i know everything is going to change for our grade when we're in israel, just look at the senior class from this year, theyre so different, but i am excited to bond with people who i am not that close with or get even closer with those people i am already friends with. i know that it will be a great experience, and i hope that everyone truely considers going because if you don't, you'll miss out on a life changing experience (as tamar said).
but on a happier note, only four more days of school left! yay!! i am going to go to sleep very happy tonight.
