Supernatural Spoilers And Rant
Well in a really sucky season (some moments were good) we have hope..under the cut for those who have no interest in spoilers.
Castiel is some form will return in episode 17. He'll be featured as a "healer" that Dean looks into to help his now mentally broken brother, Sam. (Hey didn't I also think both of them had mental issues to begin with-- just saying). The way the writers sent Cas out...like the Wicked Witch of the West only a coat remaining? The writers should have hung their head in collective shame. Even if they *knew* they'd bring Cas back in some form it still stank to high heaven (pardon the pun) that Cas didn't have a classy ending. That pissed me off big time as I am not the only Castiel groupie out here. He was a major star on the show and then demoted to "guest" status? Supposedly with all these "talented" writers they couldn't find a way to keep him on the series? Dare I say he was almost as popular as Dean and Sam? Well, enough ranting about past mistakes (and the writers have made some doozies this past season) I will watch the March 23rd episode and hope that the aforementioned dumb-ass errr...talented writers have only made Cas lose his memories rather than turn him into Jimmy or some other unrelated character to the Castiel we love. But, seriously, I wouldn't hold my breath for the writers to regain their senses awfully soon. I picture them flying paper airplanes around a room as they scratch their heads to come up with another awful idea for and episode or a seasonal arc. Come on buddies you have a chance redeem yourselves on ep 17 let's not fall down again flat on our faces
