It's absolutely amazing how true this quote really is. I'm not sure where it was coined, but that person was pretty smart. You know, so many people try to get away from their uneducated, white-trash backgrounds and histories, but it just won't happen. It doesn't really matter how many commitees you serve on for the city (or wheverever else), or what great jobs you can get, or even how much money you may make. NO matter what you do, it's not going to change who you are deep down inside. Some of the trashiest and most worthless people I've met in my life have more money than they know what to do with. In the end they're going to be exactly what they tried to escape. It's really pathetic when you think about it. It's funny that these people will always lose, no matter what sick little efforts they put forward to get what they want, they'll never truly be happy.

OH! Aren't Chris and I cute? Yeah...I thought so too. I think this relationship is worth all the SHIT I have gone through. :)
