so my trainer has been giving me a couple tips to loose weight after our sessions end and one thing she mentioned is drinking flavored seltzer water instead of cans of pop. i found a pack of flavored ones at sams club and they aren't too bad. the flavor is very subtle but the carbonation kind of tricks me into thinking it's really pop. the original (plain) flavor is just weird tho because i'm expecting flavor and don't get any. the best part of it is definitly the no calories. the little nutrition label on the cans is full of zeros, which is nice
