Holy gods! Thanks to aislinggheal's recent post, I am being tempted by exquisite flavors of ice cream. Just a few that caught my eye:

-strawberry rose petal
-creme de violet
-lime cardamom yogurt
-salty caramel
-bourbon butter pecan*
-pear Riesling sorbet**
-chocolate, cayenne, and cinnamon***

*the bourbon in question being Maker's Mark, no less, my favorite.
**Riesling is my favorite white wine, and the idea of it with pears in a sorbet is just genius.
***duriyah and rfunk, sounds like that Mexican coffee we loved!

More flavors here. They sound like the Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab of ice creams.
