So, when I got to work today there was a mail waiting in my inbox saying that tonight I have to monitor the Finnish lines as well since the Finnish girl who's supposed to be working called in sick =/ hopefully it will be like any other Sunday night and be quiet. The procedure is the same, I just don't know what will happen if/when a customer calls in and wants to speak to a Finnish person. Normally I'm backing up the Finnish lines, meaning that if Finland is on a toilet break then calls will be redirected to Sweden/Norway..meaning me and the other way around. But then we just write down the contact details and the other person will call back when they get back from whatever they were doing.
Anyway, just wanted to write something. I'm changing to day shift next week so tomorrow I'm not gonna go to bed straight away but try to stay awake for as long as possible. That makes it easier to adjust to day time pattern. And then I'll have to wait for a call from the agency regarding Tuesday. Since I'm off work any time is fine for me, but since the guy from the agency doesn't live in Greenock it all depends on when he gets here but when he does, I'll sign the contract and *bom* my very own flat! =D no roommate, no other food but mine, no other noise but mine..ah perfect. And even though I've been living away from home for quite a while, I've never really lived on my own since there's always been at least one other person there. It'll be nice to get to experience renting a one-bedroom flat as well. And if I need company..there's a pub just around the corner =P
