Sibling chat
I've been chatting with my brother on msn while I was bored at work today. It started with me just asking what he wants for his birthday, he turns 24 on Monday! I figured I could either send him some WoW game time or send a gift certificate for an online store. He chose the gift certificate so I'll order one of those when I get home. On the Swedish site you can choose to deliver via e-mail so I'm gonna go with that and you can also choose when you want the gift to be sent, which is good.
Anyway, then we just did the usual 'how are things going?' talk. He had mentioned before that he was enrolled in a job course that hopefully would help him get a job. Well, this week he has sent in an application for a job that I know he would enjoy. He wants it as well, but at the same time he's trying not to get his hopes up too much and I think there are loads of people who would want that job. Don't want to say too much about it here in case I jinx it =/
But the funny thing is, and the other reason why I really want him to get the job, is that it's in Ireland! =D it would be so great and fun if we were both over here but on separate islands =P
It was in Munster I believe. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for him, and if everyone who reads this could do the same as well, please? Maybe it will help, maybe it won't but it's a nice thought =)
I think I might have a slight cold coming on, my throat's been a bit weird for a few days but today I really feel it. I'm gonna drink a lot of tea, maybe put some whisky in it as well and hope for the best. Eat myself full on vitamin C might help too..
