New opportunity
I have accepted the job to work for another team. I don't know when I'll be transferring yet, but they'll let me know as soon as they know and as soon as it's convenient I suppose.
I'll be working for the OOH team, which stands for Out of Hours, meaning that there are certain customers who pay extra for 24/7 service agreements and they pay and expect someone to answer their phone calls, even if it's on a Saturday morning at 3am. I'll get paid more than I do now, which is good. I'll work 12-hour shifts, day or night depending on and the schedule is very flexible. So I think I'll enjoy it, remind me to read this when I complain on a Saturday night when I work the night shift =P
And yesterday I had a chat with one of the leaders of the team and..he's Welsh! And he speaks Welsh to his mum on the phone, hihi, I think we can cause some havoc =P
