Rain..and windy
Subject line sums up the last 24 hours here. It was very windy yesterday when I went down to Tesco's and then last night I could sometimes hear the smatter of rain on the window. Along with the trees swooshing it wasn't a very inspiring site to get up to. But I got the late shift this week which meant that I could sleep in a bit, so I got up around 8.30 and decided to put on my coat. I haven't really been using it in over a month since it's too warm for a coat, but now I'm glad I did. It has dried a bit, but I'll probably have to walk home with a semi-dry coat. I also walked to work in jeans, another good decision. I can't really hang them up to dry though so I'm wondering what to do with them now. Although I could just leave them as they are, walk home in my work trousers and just toss it all in the washing machine later on if needed. At least at home there are several working radiators that can be used to dry clothes.
I think I've decided what to do about the job offer for the other team. Hopefully I can meet their SME today and chat a little bit before I make up my mind. Although I think I'll take it, yeah I do have to work 12 hour shifts and sometimes on weekends, but I get more money out of it so I'll just buy more music and dvds and problem solved =P and there's the travel money of course, I'll have more of that =)
