18 days and counting!
Well, the countdown us upon us. 18 days to go before closing (assuming that all goes well). I have the home inspection scheduled this Friday, I am taking a class for the City of Raleigh program on Saturday and it about time to buy my paint! The whole family was here for Thanksgiving and we went and looked at the progress. Things are really coming along! I think everyone liked it, especially Kai, who told me to "buy this house at all costs". hehe.
So far, the construction is almost done and the contractor said his part should be done by Friday. Then it's just paint and refinishing the floors! They have even started working on the lawn. Here is a picture from the tax website, it's the best I can do at this point
Otherwise, we had a wonderful thanksgiving weekend. Jerry gets along so well with my family and we had a really nice time just hanging out and spending time together. We went and saw Stranger than Fiction and also watched 49UP. It was a lovely holiday :-)
