Today marks 7 years at my workplace. It's crazy! I can't believe all of this time has passed. I used to evaluate yearly and decide whether I wanted to stick it out or not, but I've settled into a long-term plan now. I can't believe it's already been 10 years since Matthew Shepard was killed. The event had a huge effect on me and continues to shape who I am and how I live my life.
