Sinus Infection Approaches

In the many posts that I'm making right now, I figured this would be a good catchall for the basic update kind of stuff.

I went with drew2u to pick up a pumpkin for his senior project and to take a few pictures of him for the storyboard for said project. It was nice to get out of the apartment. However, I was starving and Subway in Walmart smelled particularly good. I told him to tell me that I didn't want any, so he goes to Subway for food. While in line, he tells me I don't want any. Had he said this and walked out to the car, I would have been fine. But he dangled the meat in front of the hungry bear. Drew 1, Joe's Diet 0.

I finally got around to playing Singstar Pop volume 2 yesterday (and not watching the many shows building up on my hard drive). I have to say that I love the collection of songs on it. I had to sing just about all 30. However, the quality of my singing began to suffer as my nose started to get stuffy due to my impending sinus infection. Luckily I have Afrin, which started to work almost immediately. I forgot that Afrin sends the crap right down my throat, giving me a sore throat instead of a stuffy nose. Luckily, it wasn't all that bad this time. My nose is just now starting to get a little stuffy again. I might or might not consider some Afrin this afternoon.

Singstar also kept me up late, so I am a very tired boy today.

And if you like a good variety of music, I recommend two songs that iTunes gave me for free. I've been rocking out to these songs every day since I got them:

"The Stoop" by Little Jackie
"Already Home" by Ha-ash with Brandi Carlile
