Under the Knife

So it's now set in stone. I'm getting Lasik surgery this Wednesday morning. This also means that I have my last shift at work for the week at 12:30 am! I can't say that I'm totally jazzed about having to recover from eye surgery, but it will be nice to finally ditch the glasses. You know it's a problem when you turn into Velma every time you set your glasses down. And now I'll be able to cover up when I walk to work in the severe cold without fogging up my glasses and having to guess where I'm going. Depending on how things go, I might make a post after surgery while I'm still on my happy drugs. *getting nervous*

I just have a few more loose ends to tie up now.
